What is the standard delivery timeline for my order?
We typically process orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, your electronics will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as the package is dispatched.

Yes, we exclusively stock 100% authentic products sourced directly from manufacturers. Every electronic item comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty, the details of which are included in the product packaging.
What is your return policy for defective items?
We offer a 7-day replacement window for products that arrive with manufacturing defects. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice intact to facilitate a smooth return process.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Concept Kart supports a wide range of secure payment options, including major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
